To reach perfect level human being has to develop self potency and sharpen life skill through education. Education which be presented by researcher is education that based on al Quran especially concept of Ulul Albab that have characters sending to students go to perfect human being. Therefore researcher will raise concept of ulul albab through comparison of ideas between Fakhruddin Ar-Razy and Sayyid Qutb which is decanted in their masterwork interpretation. Presentation conception of Ulul Albab according to view of al Quran is formulated by problems as follows what ideas of Fakhruddin ar Razy about concept of Ulul Albab QS. Ali Imran 190-195 in interpretation of Mafatihul Gaib, what ideas of Sayyid Qutb about concept of Ulul Albab Qs. Ali Imran 190-195 in interpretation of Fi Zilalil Quran, and what equalities and differences of Fakhruddin ar Razy and Sayyid Qutb idea about concept of Ulul Albab QS. Ali Imran 190-195 in interpretation of Mafatihul Gaib and Fi Zilalil Quran. The method of this research is by library research. Approach of research is by qualitative research approach. The equalities of Fakhruddin and Qutb s ideas that human being has three segmentations, there are: the first, ABdullahh; result of nature of God and then referred case which become one with nature of slave of human being. The second, Khalifatullah; intelllectual quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (WQ), and spiritual Quotient (SQ). Then the third, Ahlullah, human being can become perfect.
