Classroom Management Challenges in Teaching Practice During The Pandemic Transition: Pre-Service English Teachers' Experiences
This study aims to explore what challenges pre-service English teachers encounter with classroom management and how they handle them. Interviews as data collection, then the data is analyzed using Miles and Huberman 1992. In narrative research, the data is presented. The results were students' noise in class, students' lack of motivation, students' lateness to class, students' complaints, lack of school facilities, English pre-service teachers' anxiety, and English pre-service teachers' lack of knowledge. and the strategy is communication with students or teachers, preparing skills and knowledge with learning innovations, and seating arrangements.
